True North Missions is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  We rely upon your annual support to continue improving the lives of countless men, women and children in Central America.

True North Missions work with the government of Belize and Guatemala to provide medical and dental care by establishing field clinics.  Our team of physicians and dentists provide vaccinations, dental care, minor operations and medical screening.  True North Missions also takes time to educate local citizens in hygiene, nutrition and proper medical and dental care.
